Finding and booking your next adventure on Activity Mart is as simple as a few clicks. Our platform is designed to give you full control and peace of mind—from choosing the right time slot to secure payment and feedback. Here's how it all works, step by step.
Select Your Preferred Start
When you land on a listing page for an activity you love, you can start by selecting your preferred start and end time from a convenient calendar. If the activity allows multiple attendees, you can choose how many seats to book. The price is automatically calculated based on your session duration, number of seats, and a small customer booking fee. Once you’re happy with your selection, simply click the booking button to move to the checkout page.
Checkout Summary
At checkout, you’ll see a clear summary of your booking. You can either choose a saved payment card or add a new one, and if needed, send a message to the provider for special requests. Once you click Confirm, your booking request is submitted and a temporary charge is placed on your card.
Order Page
You’ll then be taken to your order page, where your request is tracked and updated as the provider responds. You can send messages, check updates, and revisit this page anytime from your inbox. Once your booking is accepted and the experience is complete, you’ll have a chance to leave a review—helping future customers know what to expect.
